The Laws of the Cayman Islands and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority Money Handling and Guidance Notes require us to "know our client" and we must know the proposed activities of a company to be formed by us. We must also have detailed information on the company's proposed shareholders, directors and officers. We need similar information with regard to each type of business that we transact for a client, whether forming a company, mutual fund, trust, insurance company, or registering a vessel etc. For the purposes of incorporating a Cayman company this questionnaire must be completed for each
