Truman M Bodden, a Caymanian by birth, was admitted to the Bar in London, England, in 1969. Mr Bodden has had long and distinguished careers in law and politics in the Cayman Islands. A director and founding member of Truman Bodden & Company, he was, during the periods 1976 to 1984 and 1992 to 2000, a Minister in the Government of the Cayman Islands, a Leader of Government Business and a Member of the Legislative Assembly. Mr. Bodden also held office as acting Attorney General of the Cayman Islands for periods during 1970 to 1972. He continues in active practice at Truman Bodden & Company, well seasoned in corporate/commercial law matters generally.

Chris Narborough was born and educated in England. He studied law at Sheffield University and Chester Law School and was admitted as a Solicitor in England in 1985. Chris later practiced in Saudi Arabia and Washington D.C., where he managed law offices for a firm of London solicitors.
He joined Truman Bodden & Company as an attorney in the Corporate/Commercial Department in 1989. Chris became a Partner in 1995 and subsequently Head of the Corporate/Commercial Department of the firm.
He practices all aspects of offshore legal business including general company and commercial law, banking, insurance and trusts. Chris is the former Vice President of the Cayman Islands Law Society, a member of the executive committee of the Company Managers Association and a Notary Public.

Philip Boni was born in England and after graduating from London University was admitted as a solicitor in 1979. He practiced law in London, England and Southwest England before moving to Cayman in 1982 practising initially in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and general commercial law. In 1989 he returned to England and became a partner in the law firm of Barrett and Thomson, concentrating on legal work of a corporate/commercial nature, including mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, commercial leases and other real estate transactions. He also developed in England, a significant civil litigation practice with an emphasis on pre-emptive remedies. In 1992 he returned to the Cayman Islands and is presently the head of the Company's litigation department. His practice remains of a commercial litigation nature with areas of concentration including banking, employment, pre-emptive remedies and the law of confidentiality.

Gina Berry holds Bachelors' Degrees in Arts (General) and Law from the University of West Indies. She was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica in 1995 and carried on very successful conveyancing and estates practices while associated with one of the largest and most pre-eminent law firms in Jamaica and the Caribbean. In 1999 Gina relocated to, and was admitted to practice in, the Cayman Islands. She joined Truman Bodden & Company in May 2000. Gina has considerable expertise in the areas of real estate law, estates law, planning and development law and she also currently carries on a general commercial law practice. Gina is a Past President of the Lion's Club of Tropical Gardens, Grand Cayman.
